Looking for MoBo resurection

I have found HP Desktop PC Pavilion M8200N(GN551AA) Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3 GB DDR2 500 GB HDD Windows Vista Home Premium while walking on the street (garbage day at my city) Everything seems fine ram, hard drive, psu, yet when i took the Motherboard out I discovered what seemed to be burn marks. i was wondering if there is any salvation to this Mother board. Pics showing the MoBo and the burned area.
The MoBo is NVIDIA nForce 430.
If there is no hope for it what replacement motherboard would you recommend that fits in the case, that can take processors that can run Dota2, Fallout 4 and run photoshop and sony vegas

The PC is trash. Compatible motherboards have been out of production for some time now. Anything you find will have to be on ebay or craigslist. The CPU is so old that it will likely bottleneck any GPU capable of playing the games you want. You would be better off with a new budget build then trying to revive that POS.

Do a search for socket AM2 motherboards. You should find one that fits your needs. Micro ATX would pretty much guarantee that it fits your case. Good luck!

That sounds like a good idea, the case is not the best but id like to start a project that involves fixing it, am2 sicket mobos are compatible for the case? It came witha tvtuner and id like to keep it since it would make a nice media center. by the by how does one post a picture in this forum?
