[SOLVED] Looking for new CPU upgrades

My current pc parts are following:

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Kingston Blu 8 GB (4 x 4 GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB OC Edition Video Card
EVGA 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

I recently upgraded my GPU, but I feel like my computer cannot bring out the full power of my graphic card. Is it my CPU that is bottlenecking my card's performance or is it something else?

your pc is pretty equal as performance to cpu and gpu so it wont make any bottleneck, but if you really want a new cpu you could get a 4690 or 4770/4790 at maximum 200 dollars
