Build Advice Looking for PC Upgrade Recommendations

Hey everyone, I’m thinking about upgrading my PC/ finding my chokehold with this build and wanted to get some recommendations! Here are my current specs:

• CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X
• GPU: Gigabyte Gaming RTX 3070 8GB
• Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming II WiFi
• RAM: 32GB G.Skill 4000MHz
• Storage: 500GB M.2 (Boot) + 1TB HDD

I mainly use my PC for gaming, video editing. and want to maximize performance for steam games/ adobe Premiere.

what upgrade would make the biggest impact? Any suggestions are appreciated!

For video editing, I would say CPU. Gaming, I would say both CPU and GPU could use an upgrade, as 8gb vram is not enough anymore, unless playing e-sports, or older titles. Much depends on your budget, along with make/model/age of your PSU.
