Looking for PSU suggestion.

I'm getting either a NZXT H440 or S340 case, and I am looking for suggestions for a moderately priced( Less than or equal to 90 dollar) power supply.

I would get 600w or more (for this build you dont need this much 450-500 would be fine) so you can upgrade to better GPU later.

So you recommended the GS is there any reason i couldn't go with the G1. For me price wise its a little better, and it is still modular. Whats the difference between the two?

by G1 you mean EVGA NEX ? if yes this is Tier 3 PSU and uses lower quality parts such as Taiwanese capacitors, lower tier PSU also dont have good ripple suppression and they arent as reliable as higher tier PSU which will last you longer.

if you dont want to spend 80$ on EVGA GS you can get a bit cheaper EVGA B2 which is semi-modular and also good quality (Tier 2) http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20850v1
