I have a Deco x55 mesh network and I have an optical cable connection from my ISP.

I have had this same network setup for the past 1.5 years with no issues, but recently over the past at least 2 months our network has "randomly" been going down for a split second.

To most this is no issue but my whole house is filled with gamers and this split second drop in connection disconnects us from all games and causes a big headache.

I have been monitoring my network through a raspberry pi and also through event viewer on my pc and these drops appear to be random but I almost want to say they are not because they are within about 30 minutes of each other from the days prior, the network drops 1-3 times a day.

I have gone through most if not all of the settings on my deco x55 and have not found anything that makes a difference.

I called my ISP today to verify my connection with them and they claim that my ONT logs do not show any down time.

I am stumped on where I should go with troubleshooting from here. The technician over the phone recommended I plug a device directly into my ONT to monitor the network that way to verify the issue is not on my side but he seemed like he wasn't sure what he was talking about and I would rather not knock down my whole network for a couple days to monitor this if possible.

I attempted to research issues relating to my mesh devices but I have not found any reported issues. At this point any insight is helpful, thank you for your time.
