I brought two Papst (60mm) fans for my home build PC. However, the
screws are not supplied. I brought some from the local electronics
store but they seem to be too small for the papst fans! Is there a
specific screw size that I should be looking for? Does any one know
where to get them in San Jose/Sunnyvale (California) area?

Thanks!

You know that you can use some #8 or #10 machine screws (1.5" long, w/
nuts) from the hardware store, if you are mounting the fans on the case.

Being that you didn't provide a URL for the things you are buying, I
HTH...After securing, I usually mash the threads lightly to prevent the
nuts from vibrating off.

Thanks Patrick! Here is the link to the site where I brought the fans.

Let me see if I can get the type of screws you mentioned.
