Looking for software that will visually & audibly alert me of high gpu temps

I'm not looking for just a monitoring software. I already have msi afterburner but it has no alert settings. I will need one that will alert me when gpu temps are high (where i can set up what is my max. tolerable temp.). It needs to run in the background and start with windows 7 64 bit and be compatible with nvidia cards. Thanks

It has the settings you are looking for plus more. Plus it look's pretty decent on the desktop but you can hide it if you like.
