Ok,

As you can see what I currently have for a system. I am wondering what I should upgrade and what should I keep. I know a new case is something I need IMO. But what should I keep e.g. video card etc. Thanks for everyone's input!!!!

Case I have has no cable management. Wonder if a new Mobo CPU would make a difference?

I doubt you are bottle necking and a oc could help out if you need more cpu.

Are you just gaming or anything more cpu intensive?

guess you could add a ssd but your system is still pretty good overall and as long your happy with your performance it would be money better spent down the road like on broadwell or skylake.

I'd say the biggest difference would be buying a 250-256gb SSD, which will help significantly with boot and loading times. Nothing wrong with your mobo or cpu or graphics card. I'm not sure what performance issues you'd be having, are you getting low framerates? What model of PSU you have? If you really want a new mobo I'd recommend either the Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H or UD5H.

No, there will be no performance increase from 8-16gb of ram. I've never even heard of that brand of PSU, and a great PSU could make a difference just by properly supplying your components with steady power. I'd recommend the Corsair RM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply. You don't have to have fully-modular (it's preferred), in which case go with the Rosewill CAPSTONE-750.
