Looking for some software that monitors what is added to a drive and by who?

Hi,

I am trying to find some software that will monitor a network drive.

We have a massive issue with freeing up space and people filling it within minutes. The drive has hundreds of folders so its hard to search/sort by date.

If anyone knows of any software (willing to pay also) that would monitor this It would massively help us with the monitoring of this drive.

I don't think it's an issue of software, which I've never ran across any such software that exists. You don't need it. If it's a network drive, your administrator needs to set user rights to add/edit/delete, etc. to whatever folders they need access to.

I am the administrator. What I need is something that can show me for example every file added in the last day and its size and location.

Its nearly impossible to administer due to the massive amounts of data and locations.
