Looking solution for very high temperature of my GPU (99C)

I start playing "The forest" 1 day with a friend and after 1 hour ,I realize the my screen was lagging and my pc shut down to save the GPU . After I open the computer again I download a program (Speed Fan) to make the fan of GPU go to the 100% and I open the game a again and the temperature still when up after I boost the fan.What else can I do?
