Question Looking to add heatsinks to my ram

Hello, I am looking forward to add heatsinks to my ram and would like to know that if it will void the warranty. Its a RGB heat spreader from jonsbo model nc-1/2.

The issue is that the included thermal pads make contact with the sticker on ram sticks that says do not remove or warranty will be void.
Since I have no idea how a thermal pad works, are they supposed to be sticky?

Most thermal pads are sticky, yes....many SSDs come with them. (A little bit of airflow is equally effective...)

As it would be hard to imagine your mainboard going above 3000-3200 MHz typically, what do you hope to accomplish in effectively dispersing this 1-2 watts of heat?(Lots of heatsinks today concentrate on pleasing cosmetic shapes/angle cuts, and, of course, LED bling more so than heat dispersion...

The stock rams don't look good, so doing it to match the theme of my system
