Build Advice Looking to build a new PC

I want to build myself a PC, I have 700 euros max and will buy a gpu (Either the rx 6600 or 6600xt) later on.

I will use it for some gaming and school work with occasional app design. I have already configured one but would like to know if anyone has any better choices for the components I have chosen or if I'm missing anything.
