I do not have a high budget and therefore I want to build a computer with the possibility to upgrade in the future at relatively reasonable costs. It is clear to me that with the budget I have, it is possible to build a computer that is low to mid range, so I need help to build the best specification for the money I have.

Yeah that will be good but I recommend stepping down to an i3-8100 to save a bit on the budget and if possible upgrade to a 3GB 1060 wich will provide better framerates despite of it's lower VRAM. Hope I helped!

Thank you for the advice ...
I checked the price differences and if I made the change you proposed I will pass my budget dy ~400 NIS (~120$).
I also thought that in the future (maybe a year) it would be possible to buy another video card and connect the two cards together and maybe get a nice addition to performance at a reasonable price.

Uhm you cannot SLI 1060's unless you do XDMA and still the performance won't be quite as good as a 1070. Maybe if you save enough you can try to buy a 1070. Well, anyways, if I helped you, select my answer as the best answer. Thanks!
