Hey Guys,
Yes I'm going to a build gaming PC(sort of gaming) this is the first one that I'm going to assemble my self. So these are the parts I'm going to buy.
MOBO- Gigabyte H110M-S2PV
Processor- Core i3-6100 (AMD not available in my country)
Graphics Card- Gigabyte R9 270x 2GB
RAM- 8GB Kingston DDR3 1600mhz(Value)
PSU- Seasonic S12 II 520W
Casing- Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus
HDD- Toshiba 1TB 6GB/s
This rig's sole purpose is gaming.I Will not overclock.
I have several questions

1)Will these products be compatible with each other?
2)Will I be able to play games at MED-HIGH with 40+ FPS?(Games-AC Syndicate,COD Black Ops3,Fallout 4,Just Cause 3 etc.)
3)Do I need any upgrades to this rig?
I'm kind of in a tight budget but I will be able to fork out 25$ more if I need an upgrade.

Solution
Everything looks good, the only thing I would check is make sure the memory is compatible with that MB. Here's the site to check the "memory support list" or just post the memory model # and i'll look into it for you.

(1)^^^
(2)@1080P probably around medium settings (higher if your using a lower resolution).
(3)The build is decent for now but you could always upgrade the CPU to a Xeon/i7 (if needed) and put in a SSD to improve boot times and some loading screens for a few games.

What is your overall budget and where are you buying from?
