Question Looking to buy a new CPU cooler, is xigmatek any good?

My cpu cooler has been acting up lately and isn't cooling well and I've been looking for a new one. In my country it's hard to find good known brands such as Arctic and if you do find them they'd be very expensive because of import taxes on the product, but I found this one brand called Xigmatek and their prices are decent and I've never heard of them, any opinions?
