looking to buy RX 470

My current system is:
-Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
-14GB of DDR3 Ram
-Sabertooth X58 Mobo
-HD 7850 2GB
-Antec 1000W PSU
I'm wondering if it is worth upgrading to RX470 or should I be building a new PC? I built this one in 2011 and it's still running strong.

You can upgrade to a 470 if you want, but obviously at some point you're going to have to build a new computer. I'd overclock your processor as much as you possibly can to get the most performance out of an RX 470. Now is a really good time to build a new PC, especially if you live near a microcenter. The 6700k is $260 with $30 off a compatible mobo, DDR4 is finally cheap, SSDs are getting cheap, I'd consider it.
