If I want to get a gtx 970 4gb, what else do I have to upgrade so I'm not bottle-necked?

Also, is there a difference between all the different brand of gtx 970's? Any help would be appreciated, I already messed up building my first pc and would like to avoid making the same mistake. Thanks!

edit: posted wrong build, this is my pc

Absolutely do not go with a dual core cpu. More and more games coming out won't even run without at least 4 threads.
I would also go for a r9 390 over a gtx 970 because it has 8GB of ram and will perform better in new directX 12 games coming out. Either card you choose I would up the PSU.

I would go with something like this if you can afford it.

Any evidence of not running (at all) without at least 4 threads.
