Looking to get a gtx 970, but I'm pretty newb at this. What's my bottle-neck?

If I want to get a gtx 970 4gb, what else do I have to upgrade so I'm not bottle-necked?

Also, is there a difference between all the different brand of gtx 970's? Any help would be appreciated, I already messed up building my first pc and would like to avoid making the same mistake. Thanks!

as long as you overclock your G3258 (online tutorials if you need help), you should be fine for most games.

Absolutely do not go with a dual core cpu. More and more games coming out won't even run without at least 4 threads.
I would also go for a r9 390 over a gtx 970 because it has 8GB of ram and will perform better in new directX 12 games coming out. Either card you choose I would up the PSU.

There will always be a bottleneck, that's just life. Don't be too concerned unless it is a very big bottleneck.

Far cry 4, Dragon age Inquisition,, witcher 3, fallout 4. Just to name a few, look at min requirements of games coming out. Also google benchmarks on dual core cpu.
