Question Looking to get a new graphic card and not sure if my pc can handle it

im looking to buy the rtx 2060 palit and im not sure if my pc can handle it manly my cpu

Right now I got a:
1050ti
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. H110M-S2H-CF motherboard
intel i5-7400 CPU 3.00GHz, 3001 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
220v power supply which i know that ill need to swap looking for recommendations
16G of ram
windows 10
1tb of memory and no ssd
2 monitors 60 hertz looking to replace one for a 144 hz when i get the new graphic card

It would be fine to pair with that system for 1080P/1440P gaming but yes you'll want to replace the PSU with a good quality 550W unit. Something such as the Seasonic Focus Gold would be perfect.
