There is the R9 280 Gigabyte WF OC at $249.
Any lower and your into the 750Ti or R9 270's
Both don't really have great performance IMHO.
If you can stretch to the R9 280 I think that is the best value atm.
Check you PSU's Wattage first though, the ATI cards can use a lot of power.
