Looking to Upgrade motherboard but need help..

Hello, Im kinda noobish in this situations, I usually ask someone else to help me build my pc.

My current build is this:
CPU: Intel Core 2 DUO E8200 @2.66 GHz
Motherboard: EVGA 790 SLI ULTA (132-CK-NF79)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance (2x8GB) DDR3
Video Card: GTX 660 Ti


I was looking forward to upgrade my motherboard and CPU, since I just got GTX 660 Ti.

What do you guys think will work best? Tell me If you need any more info.

Budget? Overclock? Current psu? Brand preference?

Sorry my Budget ATM is around 500. Could Use more if need be.
PSU is 450 W, to be honest dont remember the brand.
Brand preference I mostly lean to EVGA, but im open to whatever works better in sync with the video card I have.
I dont have it overclocked.

Motherboard: This ASRock or this ASUS

CPU: Intel 4670khttp://

PSU: SeaSonic 650w

Total ~$475 with future socket (1150) support, psu with room to grow and all quality goodies.

If you want to overclock, add $30 for Hyper 212 EVO cooler.

One more question, Because I like to have more options, which EVGA motherboard would be good for this build?

EVGA only makes one 1150 board. It's miniITX, limited to 2 sticks of ram and generally not what I would call a suitable board. If you want to look at it, check HERE.
