Looking to upgrade from my i3 6100 my mobo is a GIGABYTE GA-H110M-M.2 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel H110 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard looking to upgrade to a better processor under 200 maybe a little bit extra like 220 230 but preferably under gpu is evga 1060 so im bottle necking

For USD you can go to a i5 7500 or 7600 for that price range.
In Euro, AUZD, CADD, or GBP that is not quite enough money.

Even with that said the jump from a 6100 to 7600 is not going to be that significant, it was worth the $100 price difference in the CPUs, but not worth shelling out another $200 now.

You are better off saving another $100 to get a new motherboard and then either getting an i5 8xxx cpu or a ryzen 1600.
That will then be a worthwhile upgrade over your 6100.
