Loose Front USB Port

Not sure if this is the place for this question but I couldn't think of anywhere else.

My front USB port in my Rosewill Challenger U3 has gotten loose. Actually, both are loose but one is still stable. The other has completely fell into the case and I cannot use it. Is there anyway to fix it besides RMA? What could have caused this?

I would say super glue or hot glue. Not really worth an RMA. My Apevia case did this too.

The glue wouldnt damage the port itself? Where should I apply? Top? Bot? Sides? All?

push it in from the back and then add the hot glue around it from the inside
