hi guys im after some help?
basically i seem to have lost cpu usage and fps in games! which started happening about 4 days ago. i play f1 22 and cod warzone and get good fps but now its seemed to drop and ive noticed my cpu usage is staying below 10%.
il add some pics and system at end. i built this system myself around 3 months ago and have had no problems at all!!
ive literally started again with fresh install of windows and graphics drivers (straight from nvidia) but no change :-(

this issue started out of the blue! i played warzone at night the cpu usage was low 40`s as normal and when i turned on next day it started happening low fps and cpu usage dropped massive

please let me know if you want me to add any info/pics

What might have changed in the past 4 days?

I might suspect a cooling issue.
Your aio runs via software; possibly that is messed up.
Run hwmonitor,
Look at the idle temperature.
It should be some 10-15c. over ambient.
After gaming, look at the max temperature. If you see a few cores at 100c. in red, it means that you have throttled.

the cooling looks ok ... thtas after an hour on f1 22

on core usage it says 76% but that only happended during a load up screen

Sims are often single threaded.
76%cpu busy may reflect a single thread at 100% and a few support threads.
As another test, run the cpu-Z bench and look at the single thread performance rating.
A 12400 should be about 700:

it seems to be more when gaming? i can run cinebench and all cores will max out just not when a game is on???
