Lost instruction to emachines recovery discs

I lost the instruction to my emachines recovery discs so I don't know how to boot them on the computer. My computer keeps going to the welcome Windows XP screen, but then shutting off, and the cycle repeats over and over again. All I know so far is to push F10 on the boot screen, but whats after that?
