Lost password on ze5300

Please Help!!! Hi everyone I'm new here. I have a ze5300 laptop and my daughter put a password on the computer and she doesn't remeber the password . These are the things I've done I have removed the cmos battery, software, and I've used all 4 passwords for pheonix bios, and still nothing. Could someone pease tell me if there is somthing else I can do? Thanks
