lost recovery key but i know the password

anyway to recover or create recovery keys when u know password for bitlocker well i changed the window from window 8 to vista before deencrypting data fully n now my important data in in them n i lost recovery keys of the drives thou i know the orignal password..so is this problem could be solved

Simple answer: No

If the password doesn't work, and you don't have the recovery key (you should have saved it to a thumbdrive when prompted), then the encrypted data is permanently inaccessible. Wouldn't be very secure if you could recover or create recovery keys at will.
