The quality of printer is lacking, the support from company is practically non existent! As I have one that just turned a year old 3 weeks before completely not working. Contacted support, they sent a wrong reply I emailed them letting them know and have not heard (after follow up emails) from them in weeks! Stuck with a worthless 3d printer! NO help from Amazon! NO help from 3rd party vendor (spreetails) ! THEY ARE NO LONGER LISTED ON Amazon, wonder why??? Maybe poor quality, poor support, poor firmware!!!
