Question Lots of specular shimmering in God of War ?

Hi,

I am playing God of War and I notice a lot of shimmering in the highlights. When I use TAA they appear to shimmer even when I don't move the camera. However I find the image more crisp and sharp.

Is this a GPU issue? Or is it the anti-aliasing? Any way to fix it?
No matter what anti aliasing I use there always is a bit of shimmering,

Turning off HDR in windows seems to get rid of most of the shimmering. Image is slightly less sharp?
Might just be my imagination.
