[SOLVED] Loud creak from PC

My PC made one loud creak that I have never heard before. It sounded like the sound of the jolt where you put your PC side panel back on but i don't know why it would make this noise. I'm hoping it was just the case moving for some reason (as the sound hasn't returned) but I'm worried that it could be my hardware failing so I was wondering if anyone has encountered this kind of sound before and knows what it may be

Honestly, that's far too general. These types of sounds are far from unique.
