Hey all, I'm looking for the loudest keyboard possible as I LOVE the sound, but i still would like to use it as a gaming keyboard so need it to be good for that. Don't know much about keyboards but I'm not looking to spend too much as I am on a budget. Please don't ask me my budget as i really don't know just make sure its more of a mid range priced gaming keyboard with LOUD CLICKS. Would also prefer to not have to do too much modifications to get it loud! I know my criteria may be kinda strict but I just gotta get this sound in my ear while typing and gaming, A VERY LOUD SOUND!!! Thanks in advance,

Solution
Any type of mechanical Keyboard should do the trick. I have the v760 version of this:

It's a Kailh Mechanical Brown keyboard, which gives every click a loud satisfying sound. I believe the other mechanical keyboards are cherry based keys.

(Cherry and Kailh are 2 mechanical designs for keyboard keys, the color names are just their variants. The variants are designed a bit differently from others)...

Make sure you look for anything mechanical, and some variants of cherry and Kailh mechanical switches are silent so read up on that.

Solution
Cherry MX Blue switches are the loudest from that brand, as far as I know. So any mechnical keyboard with Cherry MX Blue switches will be loud.

But remember, there are other differences than sound between the different variants, some have a tactile bump, others do not. So you should make sure you also like the feel of the switches, not just the sound.

You can find a guide covering most mechanical switch types here...

Most mechanical switches can be loud if you bottom out the keys (press them all the way down), but some have an actual clicker built into each key, adding an additional click sound during the key-press, near the point where the key actually registers. The most common of those will be the "blue" switches (Cherry MX Blue, Kailh Blue, etc). "Brown" switches are a lot like the blues, but lack the clicker, making them somewhat quieter.

You can also scream "HIYAAAAH" every time you hit a key, that would make things pretty loud when you use the keyboard. The good news for you is that the cheaper keyboards are often the loudest, get a generic keyboard with Green or Blue switches, they will be pretty loud. I got my daughter this a year or two ago and it was pretty nice feeling and clicky https://www.amazon.com/KG011-Mechan...acklighted/dp/B06ZY6QW56?ref_=ast_bbp_dp&th=1
