Low 980ti Firestrike Scores?

I usually see graphics scores around 19k to 20k with my Evga 980ti Gpu but for some reason I got around 17k. I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong because I had all background apps disabled, latest drivers and everything. Is this a valid graphics score for my card?

16 GB ddr3 ram
850w corsair psu
2 Tb Wd black Hard drive

That score looks right for a stock/ lightly oc'd card. The higher scores you see are from heavily overclocked cards.

What would count as heavily overclocked, say if the stocks were 1190 Mhz?

My 980Ti(Gigabyte Xtreme Windforce) boosts to 1412Mhz and scores 20100(graphics score) and I can take it further if I manually overclock.
