[SOLVED] Low budget build

Hi everyone,
I need to build a new PC for my father, the main use is word office and youtube. My budget is around 250/300 €. I don't need monitor, keyboard, mouse or memory storage since I'm going to install my old SSD EVO 250 gb. This is what I got until now:

I'd like to know if this could be a good setup?Also, is there a way to improve it by spending a bit more? Or even spending less without losing too much in performance.
I'm buying from amazon italy if this could be important.

Go with 2x4GB RAM instead of 1x8GB.

The motherboard may or may not have an updated bios to be compatible with the 3200g. You may have to confirm with the vendor somehow if it is "ryzen 3000 ready".

You could get 2*8GB depending on your "Office Work" type.

Yes, if it's a new stock, it is likely updated, but if it's old stock, it may still have the F1 bios rather then the F40 bios needed.
