I am searched for laptops in online so many laptops are appeared the high cost and the low cost also appeared so what is the difference between high and low cost laptops

Same as in anything else, more expensive usually means faster, more features, better build quality. Usually the cheapest systems don't run Windows but ChromeOS or Linux, have less storage.
