It will work, not very quickly, but sure it will work if it's a half height card. If you don't already have the card, that PC will support APU's much faster than the one it ships with and outshine the 710... lots of APU's on the used market.

A10-5800B

both have GPU's as fast as a GT 730 and are much faster CPU's that the A4 in that PC you linked. If you can find them used and cheap... why not.

Thanks for the tip i will look into it also the this system uses a 240 PSU so the GT 710 will still work correct
