Hello i bought a new game PC and its not working well on several games... i tryed a lot of things what i found on the internet but its not helpen my problem
- My CPU usages in games like Squad 44 is 20-30% and my GPU usage is 30-40% my FPS on mid-high settings stays around 40-50...
can someone help me further?

Setup:
- i9-11900KF
8 proccesos 3.5 GHz-5.3
- 2*16 GB ram DDR4
- 1000GB SSD
- Power: 850W
- NVIDIA GeForece RTX 3080 10GB

What are your temps like, GPU & CPU?

Either one of them thermally throttling will cause them to not reach their full speeds, and possibly impacting the performance of the other components as well. (if CPU is throttling heavily, the GPU will be sort of bottlenecked)

Improper mounting of the cooler, improper application of thermal paste are some reasons for throttling. Good airflow in the case will also lower the chance of heat building up.

While gaming the Temp gets around 50-60 degreece

Based on your User Benchmark results it seems to be your CPU that's causing the problem. Try running HWiNFO and show graphs for CPU and GPU thermal and power limits, then run Prime95 and FurMark at the same time and watch the graphs to see if you're hitting any limits.

"Base clock 3.5 GHz, turbo 3.5 GHz (avg)"
So, did you, or Lenovo disable Intel Turbo Boost? Or perhaps you disabled C-States? [Turbo Boost doesn't function properly if C-States are disabled.]
Turbo(avg) in Userbenchmark should be several mhz higher than base, but it's the same.

Cpu thermal throttling is also a possibility, but less likely, as it requires the cpu to be throttling just right for the average to be matching the base clock.

your right! It was disabled in BIOS and now i Enabled it but it doesn't solve my problem 🙁

Now that you've turned Turbo Boost back on, does it only happen in Squad 44?

Run UBM again.

You have to go through an image hosting site, like imgur.com, or else nothing will appear.

The CPU temp is now higher then before the Turbo Boost and an increase in FPS! but the CPU and GPU usage still be low in Squad 44 The CPU usuage was around 20-25% The screen photo is while playing squad 44 View: https://imgur.com/a/KB6BGfr

Task Manager has a reputation of being unreliable, so take what it's showing in the pic with a grain of salt.

You have to observe per core utility when it comes to cpus. Whole usage is iffy if all cores aren't loaded.
From what the Core Temp window is showing, it looks like Squad 44 doesn't use more than a couple cores. It might be different if instead of tabbing the game out, you put it in windowed or borderless window, with the Core Temp window on the side.

i have 2 monitors this is the temp while gaming on borderless window View: https://imgur.com/a/xHyM2qm
