Everything began about a week ago while I was playing BF1 with some mates and suddenly I started experiencing quite frequent FPS drops and stuttering.
These stutters feel like everything is laggy and delayed.
I've read somewhere that this issue may be related to the new anti-cheat but kept experiencing the same issue on other games like MC etc...
Launched NVIDIAs FrameView and task manager to observe the values and saw that whenever the CPU usage drops below about 30% (30-35%) I'd get the same FPS drop that usually lasts for from a second to ten seconds. Also, while not having any shaders enabled my GPU usage hovers between 65-99% with 86 Degrees Celsius and my CPU around 40% usage (except the drops below 30%) with degrees of Celsius around 100. Also tried it with Jedi Survivor, same thing. However, although my FPS in League is low this weird stuttering does not occur while I play it.
Naturally I've updated everything and nothing is overclocked since I don't really know how to do it.
All these games were also installed on an SSD.
I have posted this on different places but sadly got no response, so any help is appreciated!
