Question low cpu usage

i read online that for ingame cpu usage shoul be around 50-80% but my laptop (ASUS ROG STRIX G16 2024) is only using 10-30 for games and idk if it could be a reason for fps jittersin games?

Wherever you read that is not giving good information, at the least is giving very nuanced info.

Your CPU only needs to operate enough to feed your GPU what it needs. It will not be at high utilization if it is waiting on your GPU to render the next frame, which is very often the case, especially at modern higher resolutions. Also, with modern processors which have many cores, often times the game is unable to utilize many of these. Even if a program is using your CPU as much as it can, it may not be able to use enough cores to bring utilization to a high number.

If your performance is fine, there is no point in worrying about this.
