Question LOW FPS AND UNDERPERFOMING HELP

MY PC is not performing as i expected, previously i had same setup just different GPU, i had GTX 980 G1 Gaming and i had much higher FPS, like always above 300+...

What i think might be causing this problem is my Power Supply which is :

If you just changed your GPU and nothing else did you use DDU to uninstall the drivers before you install the new ones?

Your power supply should not cause any issues with underperformance. Your system will simply shut down if the power limit is exceeded. If you recently installed the gpu i would ddu and if this doesnt solve the issue you may need a clean installation of windows. This is somewhat common if a gpu has been changed.

Before installing the new drivers when you swap out a card you should use a utility called DDU. It uninstall the old drivers completely from the safe mode and then when you re-boot into windows you will install your brand new fresh drivers. Otherwise just updating drivers from one GPu to another can cause this issue.

DDU or Display Driver Uninstaller is a free software that completely uninstalls all display drivers from your system. It is not uncommon for the old drivers to interfere with the new hardware and cause issues like yours. After using ddu you should reinstall the latest nvidia driver.

yeah i understand, but when i bought the new graphics i immediately made a format to my pc, so the only drivers are from my new GPU...

Do you have it plugged into the PCIE x16 slot or at least the x8 slot. You may have a graphics card problem with the hardware or even maybe a motherboard problem. I am suspecting the new graphics card at this point if it doesn’t even perform at the old cards level because your computer is powerful enough To keep up with that GPU

well i placed it, where the previous graphic card was placed... so i don't know if it is x16 or x8 slot... and can someone who understands see if something is wrong through TeamViewer or something? that would be nice

People from india would happily do that haha. You could take it to a specialist and they may help you for alpt of money. The top slot is usually pcie 16x. Open hwmonitor, another free program and show us screenshots under load. You could also show screen shots from cpu z.
