Question Low FPS far cry new dawn.

I play far cry new dawn and if I play with the resolution set to 3840x2600 single GPU then my FPS are in the 40s. I’ve seen others play with FPS in the 70s at 4K. What could be the issue?

I've heard of and seen people posting videos having lower frame rates with multiple cards using single or both at the same time.

Just finished playing that. I have my FPS locked at 60 due to G-SYNC 30-60 range on my monitor. However, I stayed at solid 60FPS 4K maxed settings and barely ever noticed a drop from 60 in FPS counter for 20 hrs of playtime. GPU usage wasn't at 100% as game didn't require it to reach 60. Possible SLI bug even with SLI itself disabled? Driver re-install?

I was playing single cpu but yeah mine was at 100 percent usage. I uninstalled that windows update everyone’s talking about and my NVIDIA drivers are up to date. Hope my card isn’t dying, I have an ek block on it! I’ll try reinstalling drivers again.

Very odd, especially WC'd. What are your actual temps and clockspeeds like? Cooling issue somewhere in the loop? What about other games? You should have top notch performance.
