[SOLVED] low fps feel on every game, i really need help please.

Hi, this is my first post here becuase i have no idea whats this and i really need help.

For example im playing battlefront 2 on low settings (140-150 fps) and its smooth but if i change settings to ultra (80 fps) my game start to feel like its lagging, like my fps would be under 60, i dont know what to call it, its weird. Other games like battlefield 5 are unplayable even on low settings because of this, doesnt matter if my fps is 100+.

I tried reinstalling windows, reinstalling vga drivers. Nothing works.

This is my pc:
i5 9600k
gtx 1060 6GB
16GB RAM 3200mhz

Is your RAM installed in the proper slots to run in dual channel mode?

Do you have XMP enabled so your RAM is actually running at 3200MHz?

I just tried in battlefront 2, its a lot smoother. I tried it in bf5 before and i still felt like my fps is low. I don't think my pc is too low.

oh and if i play with high fov it makes my game lag too.

This is why they put so much emphasis on gsync and freesync. Think with 140/150 fps the gpu puts out so many frames that there is no shortage but when at about 80 fps the gpu can't provide enough fps for a continous "supply" so the system has to wait.

If you can cap frames in the games played at 60FPS see if you can and see if it helps,kinda what vsync does afaik.

If you have a 60Hz screen doesn't that mean you only need 60 fps or am I missing something?

Yeah and under he might not have problems,but (if i'm right) if just over the gpu pushes just that many fps that choices have to be made which one to use and the system migth just lag because of that.

Not really my cup of tea,but this is what i can make of it.

Now i get horizontal lines on my screen but i think its better. I have to download and test in other games.

What "horizontal lines"? Can you get those in a screenshot?

Did you try a different cable?

Might be gpu with what you see in the vid,but could be cable too. Don't think it a driver problem.
