low fps in battlefield 1 medium-high end pc

so i have i5 7600k and gtx 1080ti and 8gb ram and when i play on medium settings i get 30 to 50 fps and my pc specs are fairly good for bf1 and i should at least get 60 or 70 fps at medium settings so can you guys please help me

Are you sure you have an actual GTX 1080 ti? If you bought from Wish.com or a similar site you might have gotten a fake graphics card. I just can't imagine a GTX 1080 ti performing that bad even with your CPU and RAM. Try to run a 3Dmark firestrike test to see what score you get.

yes i have gtx 1080ti and i didnt buy it from those website its a actual store in my country and when i open MSI after burner it says gtx 1080ti

i've used 3Dmark and i got 9914 score for graphics card and for cpu i got 3392 score and it says in system information in 3Dmark tab my graphics card is NVIDIA Geforce gtx 1080ti also in the first graphics test 1 i got 63.03 fps and in the second test i got 58.13 fps and for the cpu test i got 11.40 fps

so i just bought i7 7700k and i got another 8gb ram stick so right now its dual channel and now im getting 120 fps at ultra settings i saw couple of videos and i think the problem was not just because i had 8gb ram but because i had a single channel ram the best way to play is dual channel
