Specs:
I recently upgraded my GPU from a GTX 1050ti to an RX 7600 XT and applied new thermal paste with a good CPU cooler. My temperatures are now around 35-40°C at idle and 70-75°C while gaming, so no more thermal throttling.
The Issue:
Before the upgrade, I used to get 90-120 FPS in CS2 with the 1050ti. Now, with the RX 7600 XT, I'm only getting 100-130 FPS, which is a minimal improvement and much lower than I expected. This same issue applies to other games as well.
Some AAA games which I also tried but I think they're fine (You guys can tell me about the expected FPS, but I thought this was good) are:
Fixes I've Tried:

- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
- RAM: 16GB
- Motherboard: B450M
- Power Supply: 650W

Fixes I've Tried:
- Moved games to SSD
- Clean reinstalled drivers using DDU
- Reinstalled Windows and formatted everything
- XMP activated in BIOS
- Applied new thermal paste and installed a new CPU cooler (temps are good now)
- Activated ReBar
- Power options on high performance
