Question Low FPS in every game

I recently got a rtx 2070 super msi gaming x and a m.2 I also reinstalled my windows so everything was wiped. I re downloaded everything drivers etc... When i open games like fortnite i get fps under 80

This is my specs

core i7 7700k
rtx msi gaming x 2070 super
16gb ram

I have windows 10 pro but its not activated

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

low settings on fortnite and every other game
no clue on temp during game but it doesnt get hot
600w bronze psu

cpu temp is 74-80 and gpu is around 30 while playing fortnite
