Low fps in games

I have an FX 8320 8gb ddr3 and a gtx 950. When i look at others they can get around 50fps in bf with high settings. I get like 30

No overclock nothing and yea ill see people get alot more than i will. Like my first computer i had an athalon x2 215 and i went to an athalon x4 860k and saw no improvement. So i bought another gpu which was my 950 and i still saw no improvement. So i was looking at getting a 1070 but im just probably gonna leave pc gaming because i cant ever seem to get any difference in performance. Ive had my chip for about a year and a half.
