Oh no worries. Yeah on E-sports games the frame limiters you really gota watch out for.

Apex is notorious for this, you have to uncapp the frame limit with a console command LOL its terrible.

I'm going to be that guy and state the obvious, a 4090 with a 12700K @1080....

That aside, you're bottlenecking at 1080
