Low FPS only in Battlefield games?

I have an OK build and i like to think my pc is a good gaming pc. But I am quite fond of the battlefield series and up until a couple of weeks ago I could run BF3 and BF4 on ultra at about 70-80fps bf4 and 100fps bf3 at ultra 1920x1080. Now I can barely get 24fps on bf4 on low and I get around 32fps on bf3 low. This is quite annoying and worrying because I am quite addicted to the games XD I do not have any problems in any other games, csgo is 200fps, ps2 55fps max, cod waw 91 (fps cap) max 2880x1620. Blacklight Retribution 100fps max. I have all updates and latest drivers installed aswell...My build is as follows:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440

GPU: EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked ACX 2GB GDDR5

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97P-D3 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard (4x DDR3, 4x USB3.0, 10x USB2.0, GBE, LAN, HDMI)

RAM: Corsair Vengance 8GB (2x4GB) 240-Pin 1600MHz

Hard Disk Drive: WD 1TB Desktop SATA Hard Drive - OEM - Green

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Lol oops didn't mean to make that the best solution :/ And I've tried that but to no avail it's still low fps
