Hello everyone, I am new here and am having what i believe is an issue with my eah5850 TOP. I had an evga gtx 260 prior to buying this card and ran modern warfare 2 on full settings at the cap (91.xx fps). With the 5850 it maxes out at 60.1 regardless of settings. I know you can't tell a difference but what bothers me is that on crysis it is running down into the low 30's fps. gtx 260 ran steady at 30fps all day on max settings as well. Have been reading people are getting 50-60 fps even during heavy battle and just running around sometimes hitting 30fps. I have a feeling that whatever is causing the 30 fps drop on mw2 may be causing this drop in crysis. Before anyone goes off about uninstalling drivers and latest drivers, windows 7 64bit has been reloaded several times, latest 10.4 drivers, and the card is overclocked to 875 core and 1250 memory which is another reason i'm concerned about low fps with these speeds. Hardware is as follows: AMD 965BE @3.8ghz, 4gb ddr2 800 oc'd to 1012mhz, asus m4a78-e mobo.

I am running 1280x1024 resolution. I know its low, but thats the native. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks everyone in advance

The 5850 has error correcting GDDR5, in that, if you OC it too much and errors start to occur, it will resend data until it comes through uncorrupted, meaning there are no artifacts but significantly lowering your fps.
If you run your 5850 at stock, do you get better FPS?
Only thing I can think of right now.
