Question Low FPS with GTX 1070 FE?

I am getting a average FPS of 88-89 on the Unigine valley benchmark ( Extreme HD preset), I have seen others with the same card get around 95-100 FPS. Any clue why my FPS are so low?'

My specs:

GTX 1070 FE
Ryzen 5 2600 OC @ 3.60 GHz
18 GB of DDR4 @ 3066 MHz
Samsung 860 Evo SSD 500 GB
b350 tomahawk arctic (motherboard)

Are you monitoring temperatures of the 1070? Depending on the airflow in your case, it might not be staying as cool and not turboing as much/for as long as the cards/systems you're comparing it to.

I just monitored the temps and my cpu is at 42 celsius and my GPU got up to 61 celsius
