low fps with intel g4560 and gtx 1050 ti

So I got a gtx 1050 ti with intel g4560 and it is powered by the mobo. When I tried playing a game after I installed my gpu, I got low fps on Gta V on high settings but I got 20 - 30 fps and on bf1 I get the same fps but with low settings. I tried ddu and installing the latest drivers but nothing changed. If u say its bottlenecking or high tempratures because a gtx 1050 ti with a intel pentium g4560 are not suppose to bottleneck and the max temps were around 60 degrees. PLZ help me because every method i try dosent work. Thank You in advanced.
My Pc build:
Mobo: Asrock b250m - HDV
ram: corsair vengance lpx ddr4 1x8 2400MHZ at (xmp profille)
GPU: gtx 1050 ti gigabyte d5 4G 4GB
Psu: Evga 450 watt 80+ bronze.
HDD: 1tb
CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 @ 3.5 GHZ 2 cores and 4 hyperthreading cores

Did you have an AMD card before this?
If so those drivers can cause conflicts, uninstall any previous drivers.

I never had a amd gpu because I built a pc a month ago but with no gpu so I used the integrated one then a week or 2 later i got the gpu then I installed it.

Unless anyone else has any contributions, I suggest you take it into a local PC store so they can troubleshoot it for you, takes too many questions on my end to get to that stage, and you'd need to post dozens of pictures too.

Well I CAN help, it's just too many little things to check and go through, it'd take an eternity to communicate it all to you online. 🙁
Plus its nice to have some extra parts to test with.

First of all try disabling XMP,it happened to me that a XMP profile caused very bad performance in games,my mobo has two different XMP profiles the other one works well and has no ill effect on games.

Doesn't need to be,mine is a gigabyte b250m and one XMP profile messes up FPS in games the other or default clocks give me the expected performance.

I tried playing games without xmp and there's no difference

Update: just tried disbaling xmp but still no difference any other methods??

Solution: Don't buy the game until you get the problem sorted by going to that store I listed and asking them to troubleshoot for performance?
